Hello Family, Friends, and the World Outside!

     We are excited to announce that my new company, Nana Banana Enterprises, is now open for business! As a new company, I want to create and bring to life experiences that inspire imagination and creativity. We look forward to new adventures on this wonderful journey!

 

     I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and a business owner for many years! My children grew up watching my ideas come and go without ever being brought to life! Like most mothers and caregivers of our loved ones, we put our dreams on hold, thinking that someday we will make time to pursue them, and before we know it, time has passed us by in the blink of an eye...

 

     My children, grandbabies, and family call me Nana Banana, so my company name just had to be Nana Banana Enterprises. My product is the Pulling Paint Art Kit.

Painting with beads, chains, string, teardrop sponge, balloons, marble, ring, rod, plastic sheet, creating one-of-a-kind designs! It's creative fun for Beginners to Artists!

 

     I want to dedicate it to the memory of my mother, Gladys Elizabeth Lane Gunther. My mother and I shared the same birthday! She was an amazing artist and musician, playing the piano, organ, accordion, and acoustic guitar.

 

     I remember dreaming of becoming an artist, always watching my mom and wishing I could paint like her. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of my mom's artwork. She would sketch and draw with colored pencils and charcoals. Her three-dimensional charcoal sketches of castles, with knights on horseback holding their javelins and galloping off a portcullis drawbridge, seemed to leap off the page; they were truly mesmerizing! But her love was painting with oils and acrylics. The murals she created on the walls of our home were so beautiful. There were scenes of flamingos standing in glistening water, surrounded by lush green tropical foliage. Another mural of a Japanese village, with people engaged in everyday tasks such as farming and cooking, showcasing pagodas, temples with stunning courtyards, rock ponds filled with lotus flowers and koi fish, all encircled by vibrant cherry blossoms and bamboo. Watching these artworks come to life was always magical.

     And lastly, I come from a large family of ten brothers and sisters; a lot of them are blessed with our mom's gift and talent of being an artist, but I was not! LOL! So, always searching online for creative and artistic ideas, I discovered amazing artists who were painting with the pulling paint techniques. This method of painting has so inspired me! Techniques that enable you to blend colors, creating unique designs and beautiful artwork with every pull. Painting abstracts, butterflies, florals, flowers, feathers, and more! It's MAGICAL! I have shared this technique with my friends, family, and grandchildren, and seeing their faces light up just as mine did with amazement at what they created has inspired me to bring this art kit to life!  I am excited to share the Pulling Paint Art Kit with you, and I know you'll be inspired too.
