Pulling The Paint With Rod
Using the tip of the rod
Starting on the far LEFT side of the canvas, 1/2 inch down from the top
Place the tip of the rod in the paint
Using a wavy motion, create 2 inch wide waves and pull the paint by sliding the rod along the surface to the RIGHT side of the canvas, going all the way to the edge
Place the tip of the rod right below the last pull on the RIGHT side of the canvas, pulling the paint by sliding the tip of the metal rod back to the LEFT side of the canvas edge using a wavy motion going slightly up and down
Repeat the same process placing the tip of the rod in the paint right below the last pull on the LEFT side of the canvas
Slide the tip of the rod to the RIGHT side of the canvas using a wavy motion going slightly up and down pulling the paint to the edge of the canvas
Repeating the same process continuing down the canvas starting again on the RIGHT side right below the last pull sliding and pulling the paint to LEFT still using the wavy motion
Proceed with pulling the paint using the rod's tip, beginning just below the previous pull and moving from left to right, then right to left. Maintain a wavy motion, slightly moving up and down, until you reach the bottom of the canvas and your design is complete.
Place the tip of the rod into the bucket of water until ready for cleanup
